Please read these terms and conditions for all information needed to make an informed decision when purchasing from the DSB Designed shop. Individual terms and conditions will be set in customised contracts for all commissions.

Delivery

For non-custom items such as cards, jewellery and prints, please allow 3-5 days for orders to be collated and posted to you in the UK. Each UK order will be sent via second class post through the services of the Royal Mail. If you require your order to be delivered more quickly than this, please send me a message through the Contact Page or by emailing me at dsb.designed@gmail.com.

For custom orders and commissions, which will be created from scratch for you, please see product descriptions in the shop or individual correspondence to ascertain creation and delivery time frames as these will vary.

International orders (outside the UK)

Please contact me if you require a delivery outside of the UK and I will do my best to organise delivery to you. Please do not make a purchase until this has been finalised and confirmed in writing by DSB Designed.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Download file delivery
Your digital files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Payment options

You can pay via Paypal or Stripe on the Checkout page and DSB Designed does not receive your credit or debit card details. For Paypal and Stripe information on how they process and protect your details please visit their websites: paypal.com and stripe.com.

Returns and exchanges

I hope that you will be entirely delighted with your purchases however if for any reason you feel the need to return a product this can be discussed on an individual basis. Buyers will be responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Buyer will need to acquire proof of return from the post office
I don’t accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
